Your 7 Week Journey
Programme starts: Tuesday 14th July
Delivered through interactive live workshops, digital content, comprehensive resource library, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and two in-person events in London.
Week 1 | Intention Setting & Fundamentals
An introduction to the angel ecosystem, portfolio theory, and return expectations - anchored by a live intention-setting exercise with your fellow cohort and the start of your personal investment thesis.
Week 2 | Startup Evaluation Mastery
Go through a masterclass in evaluating startups and work through a real deal together to give you a repeatable framework for evaluating team, market, traction, and red flags with confidence.
Week 3 | Deal Terms, Valuation & Due Diligence
You'll learn to assess whether a deal is truly good - covering valuation methods, investment structures, and what to look for in a data room.
Week 4 | Legal Documents & Executing the Deal
A hands-on review of the documents that govern your investment, and insights for a venture lawyer for the not-to-straightforward situations.
Week 5 | Sector Deep Dives & Portfolio Diversity
We explore the opportunities and risk profiles within different sectors, and how to invest confidently beyond your existing area of expertise.
Week 6 | Deal Flow, Networks & Beyond Capital
Learn where deal flow really comes from and how to become an angel founders actually want - through networks, introductions, and how to support beyond the cheque.
Week 7 | End of Programme Event
A closing celebration, signposting to next steps and opportunity to connect with the wider Future Angels alumni community.
